The 60-night guarantee
Give Sleeps an honest try for 60 nights from the date your order is delivered. If your mornings aren't clearer, contact us within that window for a full refund of the product price — even if the canister is empty.
How to request a refund
Email support@shopsleeps.com with your order number and a quick note. We'll confirm your refund and walk you through any return steps. You won't be stuck on hold or sent in circles.
When you'll get it
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Most banks post the refund within 5–10 business days, though timing can vary by provider.
Subscription orders
The guarantee covers subscription orders too. To avoid being charged for an upcoming shipment, skip or cancel before its cutoff date from your account — see the subscription policy for details. Already been billed? Contact us and we'll sort it out.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund right away — no return required.
