How it works
When you choose "Subscribe & save" at checkout, you enroll in a recurring order that ships automatically on the schedule you select (for example, every 30 days), at a discount off the one-time price.
Billing & auto-renewal
Your subscription renews automatically. Your saved payment method is charged at the start of each billing cycle, at the subscription price shown at checkout, until you cancel. We'll send an upcoming-order reminder before each renewal. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges.
Pricing
Your subscription price is shown at checkout and in your account. Prices may change with advance notice; any change applies only to orders billed after the notice period.
Shipping schedule
Orders ship on your chosen cadence. You can speed up, delay, or reschedule an upcoming order from your account at any time.
Skip, change, or cancel — anytime
You're always in control. From your account you can skip a shipment, change your delivery frequency, swap formats, or cancel — with no fees and no phone call required. To avoid being billed for an upcoming order, make changes before that order's cutoff date (shown in your reminder email). If you need a hand, contact us and we'll take care of it.
